Salary: GBP80000 - GBP100000 per annum + excellent benefits

Position: Commercial Litigation Senior Associate/Legal Director
Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered)
Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid)

The Role:

We are partnered with our top 100 ranked client near Milton Keynes seeking a senior associate/legal director to join their well-respected Commercial Litigation department. This is a full-time permanent role that offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise while contributing to the growth and success of the team. Hybrid working is available.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse range of commercial disputes, including but not limited to:
• Warranty claims
• Insolvency issues
• Other complex commercial matters

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE.
• Proven experience dealing with complex commercial disputes matters.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to apply it in practical settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding caseload.
• A proactive approach to client relationships and business development.
• A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice.

Package:

• Competitive salary between £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• Excellent hybrid and flexi working arrangements.
