The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Commercial Litigator to join our reputable Commercial Litigation team in Exeter or Taunton. In this role you can expect complex and high value work with a range of reputable clients handling company, partnerships, director and shareholder disputes, corporate transactions, commercial contract disputes and some insolvency matters. You will be a strong role model, contributing to our positive culture alongside delivering results and developing your individual practice.

About You

Working in our Commercial Litigation department, this role would best suit someone who is proactive and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. If you're passionate about commercial litigation and want to work somewhere you will be valued and supported to deal with existing clients whilst growing your network and client base, this could be the right firm for you. You will be an efficient communicator and have the drive to bring in new business whilst servicing our reputable commercial department clients. You will also have the opportunity and support to create your own niche areas.
