Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in London is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. You will support senior litigators on a varied caseload, handling pre-action tasks, drafting documents, and assisting with hearings.

The role offers hands-on exposure to high-quality commercial and civil disputes, opportunities to manage bundles and deadlines, and regular client liaison. A minimum of 12 months' paralegal experience in private practice is expected.

Qualifications

• 12 months' recent Commercial Litigation or Civil Litigation Paralegal experience in private practice.
• Experience within a reputable mid-sized or larger law firm.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Excellent drafting, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience preparing electronic bundles and managing deadlines.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a varied commercial litigation caseload.
• Draft correspondence, court documents and witness statements.
• Prepare electronic bundles and manage case documents.
• Conduct legal research and support disclosure exercises.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and the courts.
• Attend meetings, mediations and hearings where required.
