Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment partners with a Glasgow boutique recognised as L500 to recruit a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3+ PQE). You will take ownership of a strong pipeline of high-value disputes, including property, insolvency, company law, construction and contractual claims, with exposure to Court of Session work.

The Role & The Opportunity

You'll join a highly regarded boutique firm in Glasgow, working directly alongside L500 recognised colleagues on complex, high-value disputes. From day one, you'll take ownership of a strong pipeline of commercial litigation work, spanning property disputes, insolvency, company law, construction matters and high-value contractual claims, and being involved in Court of Session work. Alongside managing your own caseload, you'll play a key role in the growth of the litigation function. With an established client base already in place, you'll have the space and autonomy to develop relationships, generate work and, over time, build out your own team.
