• Commercial contract disputes and breach of contract claims

• Professional negligence claims and service disputes
• Debt recovery and insolvency-related litigation
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Construction-related commercial disputes
• Advise growing businesses on dispute avoidance and resolution strategy

You manage your own matters independently while knowing experienced litigators are available for support on particularly complex or high-value disputes.

About You

• 2+ PQE in Commercial Litigation (flexible for the right candidate, no upper limit)
• Strong technical grounding across commercial dispute resolution and litigation
• Comfortable working independently while knowing support is there
• Commercially astute and strategic approach to dispute management
• Ambitious to build your own client base and help establish the litigation team
