Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a top-tier, dynamic firm? We’re partnering with a leading law firm in Manchester to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join their highly regarded team in the heart of the city centre.

About the Role:

As a key member of the Dispute Resolution team, you will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes, including but not limited to:

Business-related claims

Property disputes

Debt recovery

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive, expert team, advising both private and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, providing expert legal advice to clients.

Assist with strategic planning and case management across a variety of complex disputes.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, strategic advice and guidance.

Contribute to business development initiatives, including client presentations and networking.

Maintain the firm’s high standard of client care and attention to detail.

A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in dispute resolution or commercial litigation.

Proven experience managing a diverse and challenging caseload of commercial disputes.
