We have an opportunity for an Associate Solicitor to join our thriving Commercial Litigation team. The dynamic team provide legal advice to commercial and major institutional clients based locally, nationally and internationally.
This position offers flexibility in terms of location, with the successful candidate able to work from any of our office locations following an initial onboarding period. For the first six months, the role will be primarily Swansea-based to support training, integration and team collaboration.
We are also open to considering part-time applications, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
This opportunity will involve effectively managing a varied caseload including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, recoveries work, acting for fixed charge receivers, insolvency matters, sports law and general civil litigation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload and would ideally be able to show experience of dealing with contentious work. However we also welcome applications from Solicitors with a background in property law (or property litigation) who are looking to broaden their expertise and build a career in commercial litigation.
The nature of this role will ideally suit a candidate with a confident personality who is comfortable with direct client contact.
