Chadwick Nott in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Commercial Litigation team. You will handle a broad range of contentious matters for public and private sector clients, in a busy and supportive environment.

The role requires 2+ years PQE in commercial litigation, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Hybrid working is available with office attendance 2–3 days per week.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial litigation with a focus on disputes and related matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience advising on procurement issues is advantageous.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload in a busy team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes including contracts and IP.
• Advise on procurement challenges, scoring methodologies and limitations where applicable.
• Provide clear, strategic, commercially focused advice to clients.
• Support the wider Commercial Litigation Group as required.
• Contribute to practice development through articles and networking.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and high client care standards.
• Participate in hybrid working arrangements, attending office 2-3 days per week.
