Job Description:

Our client’s dynamic and expanding commercial litigation team is seeking a skilled and motivated commercial litigator at the NQ-6 Year PQE level. Located in Plymouth, the firm values flexibility and work-life balance, offering hybrid working arrangements with an average of 2-3 days a week in the office, along with benefits such as private medical, travel allowance, and a generous bonus scheme. The position is initially full-time, but part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

The commercial litigation team is highly regarded, comprising 5 partners and 9 lawyers, and is recognized in Chambers and the Legal 500. They handle a broad range of cases, including High Court litigation, international arbitration, strategic advisory, risk management, and claims avoidance, serving clients from entrepreneurs to multinational corporations.

The successful candidate will work closely with a partner, manage cases independently, and contribute to larger team efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 - 6 Years PQE
• Strong academic background and experience, preferably from a City or national/regional practice
• Excellent communication skills
