Commercial Lettings Manager

We are currently seeking a Commercial Lettings Manager to join our busy team based on-site in South Yorkshire. This role is ideal for an ambitious and talented individual looking to grow within our expanding portfolio management team.

Following the expansion of our commercial portfolio, we are recruiting an entrepreneurial commercial lettings and sales surveyor to work closely with the Commercial Lettings Manager. The candidate should be focused on delivering high-quality tenants to our northern portfolio, initially concentrating on the Yorkshire area. Applicants with relevant experience will be considered, and the role involves the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Commercial Lettings Manager in their duties
• Undertaking viewings and following up on leads
• Liaising with agents and brokers to secure tenants
• Assisting with negotiations of Heads of Terms
• Instructing solicitors on lease terms
• Increasing occupancy through referrals and existing client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven track record of high performance in a letting environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound financial understanding
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset

Experience in commercial property sales and lettings is preferred but not essential; relevant experience will be considered.
