Job summary

TXP is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal oversight across its technology, digital transformation and talent resourcing services. You will own the commercial legal capability, including drafting and negotiating MSAs, SaaS contracts, and vendor agreements, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

The role also involves supporting M&A initiatives, ensuring GDPR compliance, and managing a contract management team of three. This is a hybrid position based in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in technology, SaaS or recruitment sectors preferred.
• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements.
