Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on civil engineering and infrastructure projects across West Sussex and Hampshire. You will provide commercial leadership, ensure robust controls, drive profitability, manage risk and mentor junior commercial staff.

Working closely with operations, clients and subcontractors, you will prepare cost/value reports, manage CVRs and forecasts, and handle contract administration under NEC/IChemE frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of accurate cost and value reporting at project and business unit level.
• Production and management of monthly CVRs, forecasts and commercial plans.
• Cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• Cost management and financial performance monitoring.
• Identification, management and realisation of commercial opportunities.
• Management of commercial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Supporting operational teams in driving cost efficiencies and value improvement.
• Protecting the business from commercial and contractual risk.
