Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking a cost-focused professional to join the Dalry team as a cost analyst/quantities role. The role involves weekly productivity reporting, cost-trend analysis and contract compliance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include forecasting, cost tracking, liaising with subcontractors, and supporting invoicing and valuations to maximise cash flow. NEC4 contracts knowledge and SAP P14 familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience of managing NEC4 Contracts is desirable.
Familiarisation with NAECI Labour Agreement is beneficial.
Knowledge of SAP accounting software, particularly P14, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collate, analyse and produce weekly productivity reporting for contract maintenance and project works.
Investigate overspends or irregular spend on planned expenditure.
Forecasting versus budget (cost and value) and cost tracking on specific jobs.
Weekly labour reporting and ensuring allocation aligns with scope of works and contracts.
Review contract terms to ensure compliance and liaise with subcontractors where applicable.
Process early warnings and compensation events to capture variations and scope changes.
Support invoicing, valuations and cash flow through timely reporting.
Assist with ad-hoc estimating and risk assessment for jobs.
