Bilfinger UK is seeking an enthusiastic cost analyst to join the Dalry team. The role involves collating weekly productivity reports, monitoring spend, and supporting contract cost control across maintenance and project works.

You will forecast against budget, track accruals, and prepare valuations, payment applications and invoices to maximise cash flow, working with subcontractors and site management.

Competenze

• Experience with cost reporting for contracts.
• Familiar with NEC4 contracts.
• Knowledge of SAP P14 Purchasing System.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Business preferred.
• Experience with cost tracking and forecasting.

Mansioni

• Collate and analyse weekly productivity reporting for maintenance and projects.
• Investigate overspends and irregular expenditures.
• Produce stand-alone cost reports for large-scale projects.
• Forecast versus budget for cost and value.
• Track costs, accruals for materials and equipment.
• Prepare weekly labour reports aligned with scope and contracts.
• Review contract terms for compliance.

• Process change management and capture variations.
• Record delays and close out with client.
