Job Title: Commercial Lawyer (Marketing & Advertising) - York

We are currently working closely with a market-leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) that is looking to connect with mid-level commercial lawyers who have experience in marketing, advertising, and procurement. This is a 3-month remote assignment with a consumer-focused company, requiring candidates to be based in England, Wales, or Scotland.

The successful candidate can expect to work on various contracts, including:

1. Creative Services Agreements
2. Professional Services Agreements (marketing consultants, marketing research, PR)
3. Print Management Agreements
4. Media Agreements
5. Miscellaneous Agreements (promotions, sponsorship, funding, others)
6. SaaS Agreements for creative or advertising services

Candidates should be qualified commercial solicitors in England & Wales with at least 3 years’ PQE. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred due to the start date.
