Job Description:

We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking to connect with mid-level commercial lawyers who have experience in marketing, advertising, and procurement. This is a 3-month remote assignment with a consumer-focused company. The role requires individuals to be based in England, Wales, or Scotland.

The successful candidate can expect to work on various contracts, including:

• Creative Services Agreements
• Professional Services Agreements (marketing consultants, marketing research, PR)
• Print Management Agreements
• Media Agreements
• Miscellaneous Agreements (promotions, sponsorship, funding, others)
• SaaS Agreements for creative or advertising services

Candidates should be qualified commercial solicitors in England & Wales with over 3 years’ PQE. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred due to the start date.
