Qualifications

• Over 3 years PQE as a commercial lawyer, preferably in marketing and advertising.
• Experience with various contracts including SaaS and media agreements.
• Availability for immediate start or short notice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts including Creative and Professional Services Agreements.
• Work on Media Agreements and Miscellaneous Agreements related to sponsorships.
• Assist in SaaS Agreements for creative services.
