Job Description:

We seek a Germany-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support our client, an innovative and fast-growing company operating at the intersection of advertising, fundraising, and entertainment. This short-term contract role is ideal for a legally skilled professional with strong expertise in B2C operations, especially within digital or consumer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, focusing on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and promotional arrangements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with German and EU legislation, including regulations related to consumer protection, data privacy (GDPR), and e-commerce.
• Advise on advertising, promotions, and gambling-related regulatory frameworks, where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams across legal, marketing, and operations to support strategic initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in commercial law, preferably with exposure to B2C environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
