Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial matters, focusing on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as marketing agreements, service contracts, and promotional arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with German and EU laws, including consumer protection, GDPR, and e-commerce.
