Job summary

A leading alternative legal services provider is seeking a mid-level Commercial Lawyer for a temporary 3-month assignment focused on marketing and advertising law. In this fully remote role, you will manage a variety of agreements and must have a strong background in commercial law with specific experience in marketing-related contracts. Immediate availability is preferred to meet key project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Ability to work across multiple contract types relevant to marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating Creative Services Agreements and Professionals Services Agreements.
• Managing various agreements related to marketing, PR, and media.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.

Skills

Experience in marketing and advertising

Education

Job Description:

We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking to connect with mid-level commercial Lawyers who have experience in marketing, advertising, and procurement. This is for a 3-month assignment with a consumer-focused company. The role will be remote, but requires individuals to be based in England, Wales or Scotland.

The successful individual can expect to work across the following contracts:

• Creative Services Agreements
• Professional Services Agreements (marketing consultants, marketing research, PR)
• Print Management Agreements
• Media Agreements
• Miscellaneous Agreements (promotions, sponsorship, funding, others)
• SaaS Agreements for creative services or advertising services

Candidates are likely to be qualified commercial Solicitors in England & Wales, and possess upwards of 3 years’ PQE.

Due to the desired start date, candidates are likely to be available immediately or at short notice.
