Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on commercial matters, especially B2C arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with German and EU regulations, particularly in consumer law, data protection, and e-commerce.
• Advise on regulations related to advertising and gambling, if applicable.
• Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements:
