Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in the United Kingdom (Loughborough site) is recruiting for a Commercial/Project Manager Internship on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role offers hands-on experience across Commercial Management and Project Management, working with multiple teams to analyse data, drive outcomes and support process improvements.

You will learn Lean Six Sigma tools and gain exposure to turbine island technologies and power generation equipment.

Qualifications

Are you an Engineering Graduate with a curiosity for Commercial/Project Management? We are delighted to say we are recruiting for a Commercial/Project Manager Internship to join our Commercial and Project management department within our Services Division.

You will be based at our site in Loughborough and the contract will be a 1 year Fixed Term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to get some real hands-on experience within a growing and sector leading business. Within this role you will work closely and collaboratively with various teams across a multitude of functions across Commercial Management and or Project Management. You will gain hands-on experience through challenging projects and will need to analize data to help drive outcomes, learn from some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the business and network with a variety of talented professionals.

Within the internship you will Conduct data collection, use this data to provide meaningful analysis within the business. Learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving. Supporting in developing our services Execution Strategy aligned with the pipeline for Upgrade/complex opportunities within a 3-5 year horizon, Laying out each Opportunity's direction, defining initial key problem areas to Bid/Win Support on process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence Support on product qualification process Have the opportunity to learn and execute Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business Conduct data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving Get exposure to Power generation repair workshop machinery & operating technologies.

Qualifications

• You can be a midway through your Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial)
• You can be a recent Graduate from an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial)
• You should have excellent IT skills, with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
