Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Commercial/Project Management Intern for a 1-year fixed-term placement at our Loughborough site. You will work closely with Commercial and Project teams to analyze data, support execution strategies, and drive improvements across the pipeline.

The role is ideal for an engineering student or recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Industrial fields, with strong IT skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Midway through an Engineering degree or recent graduate in Engineering fields
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection and provide meaningful analysis.
• Apply data-driven analytical approaches to problem solving.
• Develop the services execution strategy for Upgrade/complex opportunities (3–5 year horizon).
• Define initial problem areas to Bid/Win for each opportunity.
• Assist with process and quality improvement projects for operational excellence.
• Gain exposure to power generation repair workshop machinery and operating technologies.
