An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Associate (2PQE+) to join the London office of a leading international law firm, offering the chance to develop a specialist practice in high-value insurance disputes.

The firm's established Commercial Disputes practice acts for major domestic and international businesses on a broad range of complex litigation, with the Insurance Disputes team specialising in representing policyholders on substantial coverage disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to matters involving D&O liability, professional indemnity, warranty and indemnity insurance and complex corporate coverage disputes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ PQE with a strong background in general commercial litigation.
• Some exposure to insurance disputes, although not essential.
• Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills.
• A genuine interest in developing a specialism in policyholder insurance litigation.
