• Assess client demands and needs, analyse risks and recommend the appropriate business area to contact.
• Provide detailed updates on sales performance and prospecting activity, highlighting wins and action plans.
• Achieve and exceed personal, team, and departmental performance targets.
• Ensure communications with customers are recorded in line with company procedures.
