• Exemplary communication skills across in person, phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, renewals and endorsements accurately.
• Go to market and place new and existing business within regulations.
• Service and administer insurance requirements for clients across specialist products.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Account Executive and advise clients on products.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulation and company policies.
• Handle complaints per Conduct Policy and participate in training.
