Insights Manager - Data Lead - Business Analytics - SQL - Power BI - Requirements Gathering - Commercial Value - Hybrid Working (3 days onsite) - Lichfield - Permanent circa £55-60k

Are you someone who is proficient in data from a technical perspective and can leverage that data to drive commercial value and support decision-making? Do you have hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and possibly Databricks, along with the ability to gather requirements from various business units?

We are seeking a candidate with a commercial mindset and strong data skills to join a company focused on improving how they collect, analyze, and report data. The organization has a complex dataset and has been effective at reporting in certain areas but aims to utilize its data more strategically for decision-making. This role will be pivotal in advancing these efforts.

You will work closely with departments such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Sales. Effective communication with stakeholders across the business is essential. Your responsibilities will include collating and reporting on ROI, requiring excellent presentation skills.

Technically, proficiency in SQL and Power BI for visualization is essential. Familiarity with Databricks is a plus, but not mandatory. Competence in Excel is also important.
