Insights Manager - Data Lead - Business Analytics - SQL - Power BI - Requirements Gathering - Commercial Value - Hybrid Working (3 days onsite) - Lichfield - Permanent circa £55-60k

Are you someone who is proficient in data analysis from a technical perspective and can leverage that data to drive commercial value and inform decision-making? Do you have hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and possibly Databricks, along with the ability to gather requirements from various business units?

We are seeking an individual with a commercial mindset and strong data skills to join a company focused on improving data collection, analysis, and reporting. The organization manages a complex dataset and has been effective at reporting but aims to utilize its data more strategically to guide decisions.

You will collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Sales. Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills are essential, especially in reporting on ROI.

The technical requirements include proficiency in SQL and Power BI. Experience with Databricks is advantageous but not mandatory. Basic Excel skills are also necessary.
