A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor will be joining an established in-house legal team and handling work of national significance.
The successful candidate will benefit from flexible working but will need to attend the office in the South East at least once a week.
This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of PFI contract lifecycle management, focusing on contract handback, asset condition assessment, and compliance with financial and legal obligations.
Experience in construction law and/or public procurement is advantageous but not essential.
This opportunity is suitable for solicitors transitioning from the public sector, practice, or in-house roles seeking new challenges. You will work on some of the UK's largest and nationally significant projects, prioritized by the government.
