A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor will join an established in-house legal team and handle work of national significance.
The successful candidate will benefit from flexible working but must attend the office in the South East at least once a week.
This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of PFI contract lifecycle management, focusing on contract handback, asset condition, and compliance with financial and legal obligations.
Experience in construction law or public procurement is beneficial but not essential.
