A leading organisation seeks a Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor to join their in-house legal team in the South East. This role involves managing PFI contracts and collaborating on major infrastructure projects, offering flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract lifecycle management and negotiation skills.

A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor will be joining an established in-house legal team and handling a range of work of national significance.
The successful candidate will benefit from flexible working arrangements but must attend the office in the South East at least once a week.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, commercial risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of PFI contract lifecycle management, especially contract handback, asset condition assessment, and compliance with financial and legal obligations.
Experience in construction law and/or Public Procurement is beneficial but not essential.
