The ideal candidate will have experience with PFI contracts, offering flexible working arrangements and involvement in nationally significant infrastructure projects. A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join an established in-house legal team and handle a range of nationally significant work.
The role offers flexible working arrangements, with the requirement to attend the office in the South East at least once a week.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.
Strong knowledge of PFI contract lifecycle management, especially contract handback, asset condition assessment, and legal and financial compliance, is essential.
Experience in construction law or public procurement is advantageous but not mandatory.
