A leading organization is seeking a Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor for a permanent role based in the South East of England. This position offers flexible working arrangements and involves significant responsibilities related to managing Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts on large-scale national projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management and experience in legal matters related to construction and public procurement.

A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor will be joining an established in-house legal function and taking on a range of work of national significance.
The successful Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor will benefit from flexible working but will be required to attend the office in the South East at least once a week.
This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, commercial risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sector interfaces.
The right candidate will have a strong understanding of PFI contract lifecycle management, with a focus on contract handback, asset condition assessment, and compliance with financial and legal obligations.
Experience in construction law and/or Public Procurement would be beneficial but is not essential.
