We seek a Germany-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support our client, an innovative and fast-growing company operating at the intersection of advertising, fundraising, and entertainment. This short-term contract role is ideal for a legally skilled professional with strong expertise in B2C operations, especially within digital or consumer-facing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, focusing on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including marketing, service provider, and promotional contracts.
• Ensure compliance with German and EU legislation, including consumer protection, GDPR, and e-commerce regulations.
• Advise on advertising, promotional, and gambling-related regulations where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams in legal, marketing, and operations to support strategic initiatives.
