Job summary

Veezu in Sheffield is seeking a Commercial Hub Coordinator to service public and private sector account holders from start to finish. The role focuses on accurate data entry, with bookings made via inbound/outbound calls, emails and portals, delivering a seamless booking experience.

Reporting to the Commercial Team Manager, you will provide day-to-day admin support to Commercial Account holders and Driver Partners while upholding GDPR and information security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy.

• Proficient in call center software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Input large volumes of data accurately on a daily basis.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with bookings.
• Respond to emails and portal messages with clear, structured replies.
• Ensure GDPR and data security requirements are met.
• Monitor dispatch systems and liaise with internal teams as needed.
• Maintain data privacy for customers, drivers and colleagues.
• Support Commercial Account holders and Driver Partners day-to-day.
• Assist with KPI tracking and service levels for accounts.
