Celerity are recruiting Graduates to join a dynamic, growing business on their 2 year Commercial Graduate Scheme, specialising in one of the following disciplines - Finance, Marketing, HR, Compliance or Projects/Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for proactive and ambitious candidates to work for a technology business , undertaking a comprehensive development programme to lead to a successful career in your chosen field. The ideal candidate will have completed or be in their final year of a related degree subject and be committed to their career development. They will be committed to develop their knowledge and professional qualifications within their chosen discipline and able to adapt to new technologies, understand the need for effective communication, organisation and process improvement and be collaborative when working as part of a highly respected team.

The Graduate Scheme will provide an opportunity for personal and professional development and sponsorship for qualifications. The main roles and responsibilities during the scheme are:

Operations

• Support the effective delivery of departmental activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain and update systems, records, databases and documentation in accordance with business requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, business cases, policies, procedures and other documentation.
• Monitor and track departmental activities, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Gather, analyse and interpret information to support decision-making and problem solving.
• Support projects, process improvements and business initiatives within the department.

Analysis & Insight

• Gather, review and interpret data from a variety of sources.
• Analyse information to identify trends, risks, opportunities and recommendations.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Use data and evidence to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Stakeholder Management

• Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and key stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
• Respond to enquiries and provide support in a timely and customer-focused manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and deliver positive outcomes.Act as a positive ambassador for the department and organisation.
