Interocean Marine Services Limited in Aberdeen is launching a Commercial Graduate Programme. You will join the Commercial Team and gain hands-on experience across business development, market research, tendering and contract support, while exposure to diverse industries.

This programme focuses on developing strong commercial fundamentals, teamwork, and the ability to contribute to client-facing activities through training and collaborative projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, willing to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive growth.

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Graduate to join our team at Interocean Marine Services Limited. This role offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands‑on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our business as part of the Commercial Team.
