Interocean Marine Services Limited seeks a motivated Commercial Graduate to join the Commercial Team in Aberdeen on a hybrid basis. The role offers hands-on experience across business development, market research, tendering and contract support within diverse industries.

You will collaborate with colleagues across commercial, legal, operational and technical teams, contributing to reports, insights and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Support the business development team by generating leads and preparing marketing materials.
• Support the bid and proposal development process by assisting in preparation, review and management of tenders, questionnaires and registrations.

• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
