Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to cover Peterborough and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and repair commercial gas appliances and heating systems across a variety of client sites, travelling within a 90-minute radius.

This hands-on role offers a basic salary of £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience, plus a company vehicle, travel pay progression, and a range of benefits including pension, healthcare and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial gas qualifications, including relevant ACS commercial gas tickets.
• Experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown works.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Based within commutable distance of Peterborough.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs on commercial gas systems.
• Travel to client sites within ~90 minutes of Peterborough.
• Maintain and repair commercial heating and gas appliances across industrial, manufacturing, educational and commercial sites.
