Job summary

RGR is seeking a Gas Engineer to support servicing and breakdown work in commercial environments across the West Midlands region. You will handle commercial gas systems, plant rooms and clusters of domestic heating within pubs, restaurants, hotels and similar facilities.

The role offers permanent employment with PAYE weekly payments. Domestic gas credentials CCN1 and commercial CCN1/CODNCO1 are required, with on‑the‑job training to progress to commercial gas work.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Gas Engineer.
• ACS: Domestic Gas - CCN1, paid at £42,400 for basic hours.
• ACS: Commercial Gas - COCN1 / CODNCO1, paid at £48,400 for standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and breakdown works across commercial heating systems.
• Work across commercial plant rooms and light commercial gas systems; travel within a 90-minute radius.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards in commercial environments.
