Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to service and maintain HVAC assets across a supermarket contract in the Slough/Reading area. The role involves PPMs, rapid response to helpdesk requests, and on-site gas/oil/heating system maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, etc.), F Gas (2079), and G3 Unvented HWS knowledge, with 17th/18th Edition desirable. On offer: salary £46,994, 42.5 hours, training, van and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Commercial Gas qualifications required; 4+ of listed certificates.
• F Gas (2079) qualification essential.
• 17th/18th Edition desirable.
• Unvented Water Heaters – G3 Unvented HWS essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete the PPM schedule and paperwork.
• Respond to service calls and assess/repair as required.
• Service and maintain HVAC assets (gas, hot/steam systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, DX coils).
• Identify non-repairable faults and advise on replacements.
• Operate within Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
