Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance within small, medium, and large sites.
• Being the first line of maintenance across your allocated sites.
• Ensuring all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Completing maintenance to high standards efficiently and cost-effectively, in compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment such as fans, pumps, and compressors to recognized standards.
• Practicing safe working procedures for 3-phase and single-phase electrics and applications.
• Identifying non-repairable faults and advising the HVAC Supervisor promptly.
• Conducting surveys and preparing reports as required by management.

Candidate Background & Experience

• Qualified Commercial Gas / Heating Engineer with experience across multiple sites in service and maintenance of heating systems.
• NVQ Level 3 in Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services, or Heat & Ventilation.
• City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category.
• Positive attitude, capable of working in a dynamic environment, committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience working in a multi-site environment.
• Experience dealing directly with customers and on-site management teams.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• A hands-on, flexible approach to work.
