Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to cover Newcastle and surrounding areas. You’ll perform PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems, work on boilers and heating plant, and handle fault finding with strict compliance reporting.

A full UK driving licence is required, and a company van is provided. In return, enjoy 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension contributions, private healthcare after year one, a bonus scheme and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Commercial Gas qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1 or equivalent).
• Experience within commercial maintenance / FM.
• Strong fault-finding ability.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime (OTE £50,000+) + Company Van

Are you a Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential and a varied portfolio of commercial sites?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing FM provider covering contracts across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

The Role

• PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems
• Working on boilers, heating systems and associated plant
• Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
• Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs
• Completing compliance paperwork and job reports
• Working across sites including retail, hospitality, healthcare and commercial buildings

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
• Flexible working available
• Overtime available / TOIL

Requirements
