We are seeking a dynamic & motivated commercial gas engineer with strong technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach to join our team.

Overview of Role:

The Commercial Engineer will collaborate with our engineering teams to provide technical solutions, attend premises to carry out service, breakdown, and repair work. You will be a COCN1 qualified engineer with experience in commercial gas heating and hot water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service and maintenance on various properties across the region.
• Maintain high standards of customer care with clients and tenants.
• Communicate work updates and complete required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
• Manage stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure parts availability.

Key Attributes:

• Friendly and professional attitude, building strong relationships with clients and tenants.
• Experience with commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
• COCN1 qualification.
