Skilled Careers is assisting a client in the Building Services & FM sector to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to support a growing portfolio of commercial contracts across the South and Southeast regions. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown work on commercial gas systems.

The role requires CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCCO1, CDGA1 and CIGA1 qualifications, a strong service ethos, excellent fault-finding skills, and a full driving licence.

Competenze

• Essential: Domestic / Commercial gas certification CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCCO1, CDGA1 and CIGA1.
• Recognised Health & Safety training.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Full driving licence.

Mansioni

• Commercial gas PPMs.
• Reactive breakdowns.

Commercial Gas Engineer - South / Southeast

Our Client who is well established in the Building Services & FM arena are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join and support a growing portfolio of commercial contracts across the South / Southeast regions.

The Role

Duties will include:

• Commercial gas PPMs
• Reactive breakdowns
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Call outs and emergency repairs
• Minor installation works

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will need to hold valid Commercial Gas Qualifications, Proven experience within commercial environments, have a strong service and maintenance background, excellent fault-finding experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

Essential

• Domestic / Commercial gas certification CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCCO1, CDGA1 and CIGA1.
• Recognised Health & Safety training
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Full driving licence

Desirable

• NVQ 2/3 in relevant Mechanical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• OFTEC registered technician or knowledge / experience working on oil fired appliances / systems
• Unvented water systems
• WRAS Qualification
