Position: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Cardiff, Wales
Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a new challenge within a leading Facilities Management (FM) business?

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious FM client seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer. This role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial gas systems, including boilers, burners, and HVAC systems.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial gas equipment such as BMS (Building Management Systems), heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  4. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with the FM team to provide excellent service.

Requirements:
  1. Fully qualified commercial gas engineer (ACS qualifications or equivalent).
  2. Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance, preferably in the FM sector.
  3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  5. Valid UK driving licence.
