Diecast Republic Group in Manchester seeks a commercially minded Financial Controller to own the finance function across multiple high-volume venues. You will lead reporting, cash management, budgeting, forecasting and compliance, while supervising the accounts team and supporting the senior leadership with strategic insight.
You will partner with venue managers and the founders to improve profitability, implement strong controls and scalable finance processes during growth and new ventures.

Hours: 9am–6pm, with flexibility required around trading peaks

We are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function for a number of high-volume entertainment and hospitality venues within the Diecast Republic Group, Diecast, Ramona & The Firehouse and IDRA.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-paced, multi-venue operation. You will help shape financial performance, strengthen controls and provide clear commercial insight to the senior operations team and founders.
You will lead on financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and business analysis, ensuring the company has accurate and timely information to support confident decision-making and sustainable growth. You will also assist with the supervision of purchase ledger staff, ensuring ledgers are closed accurately and on time, and support Credit Control in collecting monies promptly and minimising bad debt.
