Abacus Consulting is recruiting a Financial Controller for the UK operations. You will manage the UK finance function, delivering strong financial control and close business partnering with senior management and plant managers.

The role reports to the MD and leads a team of 4, with emphasis on improving processes, automation, and reporting. Hybrid working is considered based on business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified finance professional with senior FC/Finance Manager experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments highly desirable.
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable commercial insight and recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Own month-end, year-end, management and group reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet controls and provide timely financial information.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning processes.
