Job summary
Edenbrook in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive profitable growth by delivering financial insight and strategic challenge to senior stakeholders across sales, marketing and product. The role combines financial analysis with commercial acumen to shape investment decisions, optimise performance and support sustainable growth.
Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely, located in Orpington.
Qualifications
- Qualified finance professional with post-qualification experience.
- Experience in regulated retail insurance, wealth management or similar financial services.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and performance management skills.
- Experience partnering with sales, distribution, marketing or other commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support growth and commercial performance.
- Analyse commercial, sales, marketing and product performance for trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns, sales initiatives and expenditures.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support planning and decisions.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for sales, growth and marketing spend.
- Monitor expenditure with budget holders and drive actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, insight, efficiency and value.
- Contribute to product profitability assessments and sales activity returns.
- Support strategic planning and wider commercial projects.
