Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner role acting as the Finance Director's number two. You will drive commercial partnering, leverage automation and AI-enabled forecasting, and support integrations for a growing franchise.

You will lead management accounting, build dashboards, and enable forward-looking reporting while partnering with senior leaders to improve profitability and cash flow across a multi-site estate.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills required.
• Budgeting, forecasting and business planning experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders outside of finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and support decisions.
• Lead period-end management accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive profitability and efficiency through process improvements and automation.
• Support revenue growth analyses and dashboard development.
• Oversee P&L across a multi-site estate and assist with acquisitions.
